Creative Director // Graphic Designer

Do you want to build fashion, health, and beauty brands from scratch on a continuous basis, while at the same time work on improving existing brands within Blazar Capital, then the Creative Director role will be something for you!

As an Creative Director in Blazar Capital, you will:

  • Partner with the founders in Blazar, the strategy team, and strategic partners to define and modify new and existing portfolio brands
    Lead group brainstorming/concept development sessions – both in regards to developing/enhancing the existing brands, and establishing new brands from scratch
  • Create complete brand identities on a continuous basis. Some of the brands will be launched, while others might be parked now and then if others are being priorities. It is important that you’re “hands on” and have the ability to design brand identities from scratch
  • Lead and inspire the creative team to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation
  • Build and execute global campaigns across all the existing brands in Blazar, and help define the right go-to-market strategy for all prospective brands which are to be launched
  • Provide clear constructive direction on content and design solutions
  • Define and lead cross-practice and cross-office creative initiatives
  • Lead group brainstorming/concept development sessions
  • Define criteria for assessing concepts/project deliverables and solutions
  • Execute new methods and techniques to improve our practice

Basic Qualifications

  • Substantial and awarded experience in leading advertising agencies or similar
  • The ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent English oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation, flexibility and an impeccable attention to detail
  • Significant line management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising or related field
  • Experience of working on global campaigns or in a global business
