Jakob was a co-founder of Endomondo that was a part of revolutionizing fitness tracking with new great features and functionalities geared for the smartphone users. Endomondo was sold to Under Armour for 85 USDm. Furthermore, Jakob led the international expansion of MyFitnessPal, one of the world’s most prominent fitness and health apps. MyFitnessPal created a novel model for activity tracking combined with food consumption. MyFitnessPal has been exited to Under Armour for 475 USDm.
Currently Jakob is building a new venture in Denmark – Simple Feast – that brings high-quality ready-made vegetarian meals to private households. Everything that Jakob does has a greater purpose and is a part of making a positive impact.
